"Live Show" was an exhibition organized in 1974 at Moderna Museet in Stockholm, which the artists Sivert Lindblom, Björn Lövin, and Ulrik Samuelson had conceived and realized.
– For Lindblom, the exhibition provided an opportunity to spatially realize a mental situation that had previously been primarily expressed in watercolors.
Lövin showed, in addition to "His Parents' Dining Room" ("To the Memory of the Time"), the machinery of a dream that repeatedly occupied him.
Samuelson placed a haystack, like a stuffed animal, in a glass case, in order to definitively capture the haystacks that stereotypically permeate the Swedish landscape as a "Swedish image."
