Bronze grille with repeating cast "profiles" and other pictorial elements at Dagens Nyheter's editorial office, Gjörwellsgatan 30, Marieberg.
The tall bronze grille is divided into two parts and designed as an imaginary portal, opened on either side of the entrance to the former editorial office of Dagens Nyheter at Gjörwellsgatan 30 in Marieberg, on the backside of the DN building.
"The grille consists of a large number of Sivert's profiles, cast in bronze. In and around the profiles are texts taken from newspaper articles, also executed in bronze, as if they were taken directly from the newspaper's columns. The texts partly fill and shape the silhouettes and create a visual and thematic connection between man, text, and newspaper.
The work can thus be read as an artistic representation of the editorial work and of the newspaper as a carrier of voices, stories, and contemporary history. By allowing the newspaper texts to literally be included in the profiles, an intertextual interplay between image and text arises, where the DN building's former function as an editorial office becomes an integrated part of the artwork."

The magazine Vi – Vi Läser No. 2 2026 used Sivert's DN grille as a background for an author portrait. Under the heading "På divanen", Nina Lykke was allowed to elaborate on the special celebrations we have in Sweden and Norway.
